Led by husband-and-wife team Rich and Amanda, we combine the perspective of experienced owners with a commitment to delivering elevated guest experiences and strong financial performance for our clients. Every home we represent is thoughtfully curated, meticulously managed, and positioned to stand out in a competitive market.
Our Story
Clover Vacation Homes officially launched in January 2023, but our journey began well before that.
In November 2021, Rich and Amanda took their first step into vacation rentals by partnering with friends to purchase the home next door—now known as Coastal Heaven.
What started as a single Airbnb quickly became something more. After a successful 2022, they took a leap of faith and converted their own home into a short-term rental, Clover Cottage, in January 2023.
The success of these two properties sparked a bigger vision: to help other homeowners achieve the same level of success while delivering exceptional guest experiences. That vision became Clover Vacation Homes.
